To stimulate staff’s studying passion and improve their post-skill, Mingshen Jinjiang Golf Resort held the first post-skill competition on July 4, 2012.
This competition included making the bed, Chinese set-up and western set-up. The aim of this competition is to excite all staff to learn more skills and master more professional knowledge and job skills and then produced a “Competition, Striving, Surpassing” competitive environment.
     Ms. Zeng fanwen，the GM and Mr. Zhu ruoyu, the Exe. Deputy GM attended the competition personally. GM talked to competitors kindly and cared about their work and lives; DGM conducted the competitors carefully before the competition. Hotel will continue to hold this kind of competition from now on and make staff to master more professional skills and improve their comprehensive personal-quality.
