Poly Commercial Real Estate Investment & Management Co., Ltd. (herein below referred as Poly Commercial Company), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Poly Real Estate Group Co.,Ltd, is a professional operating platform of the parent company’s commercial real estate business. It focuses on the development, operation and management of shopping malls and star hotels.

Poly Commercial Company currently has 8 projects, including some superior quality and resource based landmark projects such as Poly Canal Plaza, Poly Central Plaza, Intercontinental Foshan, Crowne Plaza Chengdu Panda Garden, Crowne Plaza Hailing Island, Crowne Plaza Chongqing New North Zone and Dalian International Conference Center. In the next 3 to 5 years, the number of shopping malls and start hotels will reach to 14 and 27 respectively, located in 21 cities nationwide with total area approaching 3 million square meters.
