  • Leasing Manager / Assistant Manager (Shopping Center)

    Job Description:
    1. Negotiate the leasing of designated section of the shopping center according to the center’s business plan.
    2. Organize market research and analysis of businesses in the vicinity of the project, collect commercial information and on the basis of the information, formulate plans for future changes to the shopping center’s business setup.
    3. Formulate and implement long-term, medium-term and short-term leasing plans; compile leasing materials, formulate and implement long-term, medium-term and short-term leasing strategies.
    4. Negotiate contracts with merchants and assist signed merchants with setting up and opening for business.
    5. Negotiate and coordinate with signed merchants over amendments to contracts and changes to operating setup.
    6. Constantly enhance brand competitiveness through optimizing available commercial space in the shopping center.
    7. Achieve leasing rate and other performance goals, and strive for win-win for the shopping center and its partnering merchants.
    8. Collect market information on leasing prices in the CBD and propose, when necessary, leasing price adjustments in the shopping center.
    9. Study new markets and new commercial projects in the region, analyze various potentials and compile analytical reports after on-site visits to the new markets and new projects in the region.

    Job Requirements:
    1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, corporate management or other related fields.
    2. 5+ years’ work experience in leasing and operations for shopping centers/department stores/retailers.
    3. Have existing leasing channels and marketing network.
    4. Good business negotiation and marketing planning skills.
    5. Familiar with the government’s marketing philosophy and laws and regulations regarding commercial real estate, shopping centers, retailers and other commercial projects.

  • Interior Design Manager / Assistant Manager (Shopping Center)

    Job Description:
    1. Participate in interior design management, schedule control, design optimization and finalizing conceptual design plans, and participate in professional evaluation of designing companies.
    2. Review drawings for different stages of the design, facilitate and finalize modifications to design plans and construction schedules, coordinate bidding and review of professional equipment and materials, assist the Department of Materials with confirmation of materials for renovation projects.
    3. Participate in plan designing, preliminary designs and construction designs, formulate project design plans and design mission statements.
    4、4. Monitor, analyze and manage dynamically the latest trends in interior design and materials, design the look of main materials and accessories, finalize and supervise styles and concepts, innovate interior design products.

    Job Requirements:
    1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in decorative design, interior design or other related fields.
    2. 5+ years’ work experience with large or medium-size designing companies including interior design and management experience for shopping centers and hotels. Preference will be given to applicants who have worked for well-known commercial projects.
    3. Capable of professional drawing and drafting professional technical documents, have strong visual matching skills, familiar with AutoCAD, PowerPoint, Photoshop and other software.
    4. Familiar with references and acceptance standards and criteria for construction techniques, professional drawings and other related design.
    5. Refined taste in design, ability at innovation and execution, good at communicating, expressing self, teamwork and taking responsibilities.

  • Drainage Design Manager / Assistant Manager

    1. Responsible for the finalization, submission, modification and technical verification of professional drainage plans for company projects.

    2. Participate in the bidding for drainage equipment and installation.
    3. Organize the temporary and official commissioning of professional drainage design for company projects, and coordinate related work.
    4. Skillfully use office software and drawing software.


    Job Requirements:

    1. Bachelor’s degree.
    2. 5+ years’ drainage design experience for large-scale public construction.
    3. Preference will be given to applicants who have worked at design institutes and commercial projects.
    4. Familiar with laws and regulations on the development, construction design and construction of commercial real estate.
    5. Familiar with construction materials and techniques, capable of coordinating the entire construction process.  
    6. Strong communication skills, honest and trustworthy, dedicated to work.
